1. Services
White Ridge Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services, including email and text message notification features.
2. Payments
All fees are due as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time payments and are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans are billed automatically and are required to maintain active service.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services, including taking the website offline.
2a. Pricing Changes
White Ridge Studio reserves the right to adjust plan pricing over time to reflect changes in operating costs, service improvements, or market conditions.
- We will always provide at least 30 days’ written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
- Notice will be sent to the email address on file for your account.
- If you do not wish to continue at the new rate, you may cancel before the change takes effect with no penalty.
- Published prices on our website reflect current rates for new subscribers and are subject to change without prior notice to the general public.
3. Subscription & Cancellation
Services are provided on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
- Clients may cancel at any time.
- Upon cancellation, all services may be discontinued, and the website may be taken offline.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All websites, designs, and related assets remain the property of White Ridge Studio.
- Clients are granted access to use the website while their subscription is active.
- If a client wishes to obtain full ownership rights, a separate agreement and fee may apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for their website
- Ensure all content (text, images, branding) is legally owned or properly licensed
- Use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
White Ridge Studio is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.
6. Updates & Support
Monthly plans include reasonable updates and support.
- “Reasonable updates” include small edits such as text changes, image swaps, or minor adjustments
- Larger changes or new features may require additional fees
7. Limitation of Liability
White Ridge Studio is not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
- Any indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
8. Communication
Clients agree to maintain reasonable communication for project completion and ongoing service. Delays in communication may impact timelines or service quality.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
